Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Euro STG, we stand behind the quality of our research peptides. All products are third-party tested and come with Certificates of Analysis (CoA). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, contaminated, or fails purity testing
  • Wrong Product: If we shipped an incorrect item
  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not match the specifications on the CoA

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products used or opened (unless defective)
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Custom seizure or customs delays (buyer responsibility)
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Products stored improperly after delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@eurostg.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  4. Do not open the product if possible (unless testing for quality issues)

Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide next steps.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • You may need to return the product (prepaid shipping label provided)
  • We'll inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you specify
  • Allow 1-3 business days for the refund transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain

Refunds are processed at the current market rate of the cryptocurrency, not the original purchase price. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with minor defects that don't affect research use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Bulk orders where only some items are defective

7. Replacements

If your product is defective or damaged, we'll offer a free replacement as an alternative to a refund. Replacements are typically faster than refunds and ensure you get the research materials you need.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (wrong product, defective item, etc.). Return shipping for refunds is covered by Euro STG for eligible cases.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. However, we recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders. Contact your local postal service if you believe your package was stolen.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, we're happy to work with you to find a fair solution. Please escalate disputes to disputes@eurostg.com for management review.
